Cancellation payout

<p>Bad experience with refund payout.</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to Zurreal changing card provider, without notice to clients, payments to medical providers is not possible.</p> <p>Therefore I cancelled my membership.</p> <p>On Wednesday the 4th of November I received notification from the consultant that my refund payout will be processed on Friday the 6th.</p> <p>It is the 11th today and needless to say, the refund hasn't been done and no reply to emails sent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service!!!!!</p>
