Zurich violates Financial Services Board rules

I reported Zurich's lack of communication in February in response to a rejected claim. Following the Hellopeter exposure, a short email from Karen Maartens confirmed the rejection of the claim and promised to be in contact again. To this date (6 weeks later), no further communication. I want to put on record that to this date I have still NOT received an officlal Letter of Rejection and the rejection which was communicated to me in an email came from a person not registered as an official representative of Zurich. I will escalate the matter now to the relevant Compliance Officers and lodge a complaint with the Financial Services Board.
