Zurich insurance Worst service ever!!!

My Name is Angelo Jacobs (Zurich claim no: ***)<br> Zurich South Africa is a short-term insurance company that offers insurance products and services that respond to the needs of individual, commercial and corporate customers. That is what they say on their website ON this moment I got Zero service from them. My car was in stand still accident where a lady bumped into my car. The cases were automatically handed over to Zurich Johannesburg. I have spoken and emailed to several consultants and after a month of emails Aadil Akojee came back to me with a 10 page claim form which I have to complete and need to send back to him. Finally I forward the documets than an automatically email came back to me he will return late in December he is currently out of office. In his email he appointed a few people but one of them is Seth Magubane which is a manager. I called him and he told me he will call me back in a few minutes and I am still waiting a week already past. I send them the completed forms plus the quotes WHAT CAN I DO?<br> <br> Please people help me. I dont have money to fixed the damage.
