Worst Service ever recieved

Its been 6 month and my 3rd party claim has not been finalised. Waiting for payment for over a week. Everyday I call in and been giving false hope that the money will be paid by lunchtime. Its been a week and still my claim is sitting at the finance department. Staff at the Johannesburg 3rd party division are very rude and of no help, infact they get upset when you call and say they tired of listening to all your stories. Aadhil the manager promised he would get back to me and ensure my claim was processed asap, but when I called this morning, my claim still hasent been paid out. Never would I recommend this insurance to anyone due their lack of assistance. Very upset client.
