Vast improvement for Bryte Insurance

I had initially lodged a (justifiable) complaint against Bryte Insurance, I am obliged to amend this after some intervention by one of their super-duper Managers (Santie) stepped in and made things finally happen. Well done to their customer managers, it has made the difference between litigating and negotiating.
