Useless insurance company

Worst experience with their call centre, claim was launched 3 weeks ago, no communication or whatsoever. I called over 40 times and switchboard will just say let me transfer to the relevant department, no one has ever answered the 40 times I was transferred over 3 days. Claim number ***7.
