Good day. My name is Sumaya Randles. In August ram courier delivered a package to our neighbor. A polo was following them and as a result they hijacked the courier companies van. He driver of the polo forced the couriers driver to reverse and the driver tried to avoid the bread truck delivering bread at the shop. He then reversed the ram couriers van into our wall. They damaged our wall and a case was opened. All documents and photos needed was send trough to ram couriers and we had to wait to hear if the claim will be paid. As a result of covid 19 we not working and we had to make a plan to get the cash to fix our own wall because they said they cannot assist. Living in the neighborhood we live in its so dangerous to have the yard open. So we had to fix the wall as fast as we could. I hen found out that ram is insured with bryte insurance and we had to then wait for them o pay the access fee to bryte insurance and two months down the line, we found out that bryte insurance will not reimburse us for the damages to the wall. I appreciate he help of Mr mandala Nkosi at bryte insurance because he tried helping us, but he's supervisor rejected the claim. Her information cannot be revealed to us.
