Unreliable Insurance

So I am typing this on my parents behalf. We use Zurich Insurance though Earth Cover in Paarl.<br> First Zurich forgot to insure my Samsung Galaxy S3 so when I got my phone ****** there was nothing I could do except buy a new one and lose my money. This was in 2014<br> Then two months ago my macbooks motherboard broke. We got it fixed immediately since I needed it for school since exams were coming up then waited for our claim. Then we were notified that we did not supply enough information although we supp**** all the information apple provided us.<br> I am fifteen years old and I payed for all these devices myself with my own savings. I put my trust in Zurich that If my devices were ******/broken they would be replaced/fixed.<br> That is why we have insurance. The definition of insurance is a Company which provides a guarantee of compensation for specified loss or damage in return for payment of a premium. <br> You have not provided us that so you should not call yourselves an insurance company.
