Unjust response from Bryte Insurance regarding a third party claim.

A client of Bryte came out of a 'T' junction and ran into the side of my car as I passed across the 'T' junction. The Bryte client admitted being fully responsible for the crash. Bryte insurance claim I am 25% to blame simply because I was driving my car along the road safely. If I extrapolate Bryte's reasoning, it means that every woman who is ****d is 25% to blame because she is a woman out on her own. You decide if you want to insure through a company like this.
