The worst third party insurance service provider

I am not impressed with the service receive from Zurich Insurance and would advise people not to consider doing then as a service provider. We have been without a car for more than 6 months, depending on people to transport our children to school after we were involve in an accident and had to process a third party claim. We have been send from pillar to post, of which there has not been a good outcome from our claim. We still are unable to get our car because they are not willing to pay out the funds to release our car from the panel beaters nor are they willing to pay for the damages towards the car. We have even opted that they at least release the car from the panel beaters it was towed to and we will pay for the repairs ourselves due to the fact that we desperately need the car. I urge that people not be fooled by their beautiful establishment as this does not necessarily reflect their service. This is a true story of don't judge a book by it's cover. We dealt with several *********** consultants and claims manager so I guess ZURICH stands for ZE UNDERRATED INSURANCE COMPANY HOLDER. THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER,NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED AS THEY ARE NOT ABOUT GOOD SERVICE .
