The worst insurance company

I have been applying for a claim from January and I am being constantly asked to fill out the same forms after sending it to them. I have sent it to them multiple times and nothing happens. I tried to upload all the documents on the website as well and their website gets frozen after moving to the second part of their application. There is no way to claim from this insurance company
