The worst experience I have ever encountered is Brtye insurance service

My experience with Brtye has cost me my career I'm not with them but I had logged a 3rd party claim but from my accident which too place on the 9th of July I have not received any help my car is not fixed and I have not received any feedback besides emails from the claim hander (TSHIAMO DISEKO ) whom I see as a lier because he sent me an email that my case will be finished in 2 days after my complaint but from that days I cannot get hold of him phone goes to voice mail
