Stranded travellers

We are traveling in Sweden. Unfortunately we have lost our passports and travel documents. It's the weekend and there is a public holiday on Monday so the Embassy is closed until Tuesday. We cannot get hold of our travel insurance as it's weekend and it is not a medical emergency. On their travel insurance it states " no matter where in the world, lodging a claim is made easy. Our approach to claims is based on speed, professionalism and fairness. Our claim handlers will help develop individual action plans for fast recovery while minimizing interruptions to your journey. Whenever a claim arises, we will involve you every step of the way". We apparently have to wait for Tuesday to get assistance!
