Still no payment

After my last hello Peter post Zurich ensured they will sort everything out for me. They were supposed to pay me out 30 days after I signed for it. Till today after calling Pule numerous times, he says he will call payments department and will call me back. Still no call back! Still no money! I paid the panel beater with my own money as you promised you will pay after 30 days, it is now 40 days later and still no contact or payment. I in insurance also and this is the worst service I have ever received. 8 months to payout R3700? How long won't they take with your bigger payments! Disgrace! Pay my money today or I will be taking this further than hello Peter
