Still awaiting claim payment

It seems like I'm waisting my time writing this as it is quite obvious that the reply from Zurich is the exact same to all complaints. Zurich wanted to penalise us for being underinsured with LESS than 10%. We qeuried this and waited 10 DAYS for another offer. They decided to pay out the whole amount and we signed the document, sent it back the same day. Now we have been waiting 5 days for payment. We had to replace some expensive items out of pocket so that I am able to work. Now we have to pay the interest as Zurich is just not making payment. It has taken us one and a half months just to get to this point. DO NOT ask for more info in your reply, because you don,t need any. You just need to make the payment. Anyone reading this - DO NOT insure your belongings with this company!!!
