Stay away. Nightmare ! *********** !

I have experienced a highjacking. I can tell u my experience with bryte was much more traumatic than my actual hi jacking I do not wish this in anyone. I had been hijacked, a mo th later I had been issued with a letter of settlement. Which was promised weekly to be paid out. In that time I purchased another vehicle. After a few weeks they had recovered the vehicle. Kept quiet as to what will happen. I had to call in everyday to find out where I stood. Eventually they said the car was at the bedfordview review it. When I got there my vehicle was not there. As I had to go there and demand to see my vehicle and for them to let me know where it was. Eventually it was towed there. I am still waiting for new locks to be sent there as the assessor who arrived two days later. After me having to even locate his number myself and call him there. Only to tell me he could not do a quite I am still waiting like a headless chicken running around for my car to be sorted out. At this point even though they kept messing me around they have not even bothered to give me car hire. Till this horrible experience can be done with. There communication is pathetic they have a don’t care attitude and never return my Calls’s. In the past I have had no issues with claims but recently. It’s been a nightmare . I asked for a meeting with them still pending. They didn’t even have the decency to call me back. My broker has been fighting along side this whole thing since the incident. I literally cannot explain how much issues I had been through .
