STAY AWAY - DO NOT USE BRYTE TRAVEL INSURANCE

I took out a Premier Travel Insurance Policy with Bryte on the 30th October 2019 on making my booking with Travel Dreams. I was unable to travel in May due to the lockdown. Travel Dreams has also since gone in to liquidation. I sent a claim to Bryte and was disgusted with the service received. Constantly calling them to follow up and after sending numerous emails I finally got a response to my claim that they will not pay me a cent. On getting my policy from Travel Dreams I did not receive the policy wording pertaining to my policy. I was assured at the time of making my booking that should anything unforeseen happen that I would be covered in full through Bryte Insurance. WOW, why bother taking out Travel Insurance. Useless and pathetic.

Bryte is unprofessional and consultants not well trained. Be warned do not use this company.

A total waste of time and money. Devastated to say the least.

I will now be taking this matter further with the Insurance Ombudsman.
