Slippery travel insurance...

Bryte is Nedbank...enough said. If you have time to read and understand their 110 pages of small-print when taking out their travel insurance...you are not living life. Unfortunately, by not reading/understanding Nedbank's policy wording you are firmly in the dark and most likely...in for some nasty surprises when claiming!🤬

Get this, if you have one camera in your baggage and it gets ******....any other camera gear/ lenses/ cages/monitors/ batteries/memory cards etc (read accessories), etc that may also be ****** fall under 'one item' to the max value of R4500 (after R500 excess deduction). This is regardless of whether the goods are travelling separately/independently from each other when nicked. So, be aware, read the friggin fine print and rather insure your precious items elsewhere. This applies to computer equipment, sports equipment etc. The policy doc you receive gives you a much, much rosier view of what is described in the 'policy wording'. It's like comparing a love letter to a death threat. Read the fine print, it is buried/embedded in the online policy documents that are emailed to you under 'Policy wording'. When sh*t goes down, and you haven't read 110 pages of fine print, you do not want to be holding a Bryte Travel Insurance policy. Friggin worthless...
