Contact details unreachable when I eventually got hold of them through my broker it took them a month to rejected my claim stating gradual operating cause. Still haven't stopped the leak. When their plumber they send to my house couldn't find the problem he had to bring a leak detector guy in who located the leak who found that the pipe inside the wall bust and their reason for rejection is so lame how did they expect us to see a pipe inside the wall leaking when their own plumber who is a professional couldn't see it and then rejects claim due to gradual operating causes . Stay away from these insurers they will happily take your money but have every excuse in the book to settle. They haven't even stopped the leak nothing was done and throughout the whole claim process never communicated with me I had to get information from my broker even the rejection letter was send to my broker not to myself and in the meantime I'm still sitting with a leak that is causing damages thoughout my house. Never recommend them to anyone they are the worst insurers and they don't even have the decency to communicate with you
