SAA Bryte is not bright at all

I had put a claim(no. ***) on 09-08-2026 with SAA Bryte and till date nothing has been done. All the necessary documents was send thru *** to respective department but had about several follow up . But the consultant every gives an invalid reason. I am upset with the service . But when I paid in the insurance before the travel - they were so quick to deduct it from credit card. Disappointing behavior by SAA Bryte.
