RUN!
Horrible service, took an entire year to get pay out, no response from the staff, horrible attitude, completely unprofessional. Staff member actually raised his voice at me... even though he was in the wrong... never mind that he raised his voice to a customer. If you are insured with them better get out quick... if you looking to be insured by them, RUN... if you get into an accident with someone insured by them, God help you!
