We had big time water damage at our guesthouse and Bryte paid out all the claims with no hassle. The claim was random we had allot of loose ends with different companies having to be paid at different times and a company who did not do the work correct and I had to reclaim and all was done without a hassle. Maybe its all about who your broker is and if he is doing his job or not. I had some problems with them with small claims with having to phone again and again but then I pulled in our broker and all was sorted and everything was fixed and paid for in time. I had to have the cupboards repaired before my guests arrived and with no hassles the claim was paid into my bank within a week.
