Refusal to Pay Out Claim

Through this VERY painstaking and frustrating process - Zurich Insurance Brokers have come back to me after MONTHS ... Months....Now telling me my claim will not be able to be paid out!! This claim has set me back so badly that I am now having to Auction my Property and Give back my car, as my Business Tool (Macbook) has cost me clients !!
