Refusal to issue official and binding Claim Reject Letter due to Policy shortcomings
Underwriters refuse to send "official" correspondence for Claim rejection all because that is binding and they've picked up that their Policy has shortcomings. For 12 full months, they've been running around like a bunch of creche kids. As a result of their policy shortcomings, the claimants must now suffer the process.
