Refund of Excess

I would like to commend Samantha from Zurich on refunding the full excess which I had paid out due to a car accident in which I was not at fault.<br> <br> Within 24 hours of posting a complaint, the excess was paid into our bank account and proof of payment sent through.<br> <br> Thank you Zurich
