Quick to take never to Pay

<p>This is comming a long way. about 2 years back notice my storage unit was broken into. log a claim they did not paid there was no force entry. got photos to see how the lock has been move on the door. secon my flat now on the first floor. got Spanish bars before the windows. was out one night came back saw something was wrong. my windows are always open. all the stuff they could take through the window was taken. log a claim again no payment no force entry. last year November my Car was ******. we at 14 january 2017 not one cent receive. they wanne pay me R10 000 less by they got the details wrong on their side. Took a premium 3 times my normal perium but to afraid of writing it back due to my on going claim. still till date no answers on the wrong premiums or my settlement on my claim for my car. Really im a single mother and now need to struggle to get along. no help. really cant even complaine abaout the service because there is no service. Zurich Insurance really bad!!!!!!</p>
