Poorly unattended claim

Hi would like to report a poorly unattended claim from Zurich insurance,l had an accident with their client who admitted to have bumped into my car which was parked on the 18 of March 2016.first l was introduced to kapara insurance who helped me so good later l was direct to Zurich being helped by lesego mabote whom l sent more than seven emails telling me she didn't get them eventually she did get the emails then said she will send an assessor within 3 working days but now it's almost 2 weeks only to find out today after calling them that she is on leave they can't help me. Their client said its 1 of the best insurance companies trust me l relaxed and was happy only to realize that they are best in delays and not attending to our cases l m extremely disappointed at you ,my claim number is ***
