Poor show Zurich

I recently purchased a high value car (4 months old), an accident occurred where a guy lost his trailer when speeding over a speed bump and it connected into the rear of my vehicle causing huge damage. Zurich appointed a repair company for the vehicle to be towed to be inspected and then i was later told that the assessor and the panel beater confirmed the vehicle was a write off. Zurich then, three weeks later moved the car to a second panel beater to reassessed the damage and they subsequently put in a quote for repair. The quote was accepted and since this, the panel beaters have confirmed that once the vehicle was stripped they found additional damage and their quote was resubmitted. My question now is how bad was the car damaged as we have to different opinions. My car has now been at various panel beaters since 17 February 2016 and Zurich have, to top it off, taken away the Hire car because i have passed the 30 day period. Thank you Zurich for leaving me stranded whilst we wait for your service providers to do their job. I was not responsible for the accident and the third has cover so put me back to the same position as before the accident.
