Poor claim resolution

With reference to my previous review, I submitted the nearly 2 weeks and I gave Bryte 2 stars, compared to 1 star last, because someone contacted me for pics of damages. Today is 5th Day since last contact and since then there is pin drop silence. Please exercise caution when opt for Bryte insurance
