Poor and Pathetic service from Brytes Insurance

Lesego and Fuluphello from Brytes Insurance gave me such poor service. They are really ***********. When you call Brytes to speak to a particular person, they always busy,, or not at work, or in a meeting. I emailed the complaints department and I am waiting for an answer . Can someone please advise if complaining about this company actually helped with sorting out a claim? To Brytes: I would like to know what action is brought against your employees ??
