Policy shortcomings used as a way of rejecting claims

Bryte Insurance hides behind Policy shortcomings as a strategic way of rejecting claims. One year later, they have failed to issue an official Reject letter with the company letterhead because they know this is binding and can be used in court which means that they will be exposed. Which insurance company refuses to issue official claim Reject letters unless they are hiding the shortcomings in their Policy....????
