Pathetic Service

Can I just say how pathetic Bryte Insurance service is. I've logged a claim for a burst geyser yesterday, they sent an assessor whom then sent a report to them. However, this morning I've been trying to get hold of them as they advised me yesterday that they will send someone to install the geyser, but this morning no one can assist me.
