Pathetic Service and ********* behaviour

<p>Randsure brokers acted *********ly by moving my structural home insurance potfolio from Santam to Brytes without my knowledge and approval. Somehow Bryte Insurance accepted this transfer. 1 month after been moved over to Bryte, the storm hit and I had damage to both my roof and flooring. I later discovered to my horror that I no Ionger was insured with Santam but with Brytes. I never received any documentation/policy from Bryte Insurance. After very tardy responses from both the broker and Brytes, my claims were rejected. The claims were submitted 08/06/2017 and repudiated 02/08/2017. The reasons for the rejection were unclear and ambigious. I would never recommed this insurer to anybody. They so easily accept new clients without double checking their facts and are very eager to receive payments, but after a claim is submitted, not so eager to pay out. I am very agrieved.</p>
