Other companies need to follow Bryte's example of customer service

Absolutely fantastic company! I purchase travel insurance from them every time I take an international trip and recently had to claim from them for the first time (damaged luggage). Their level of service puts most other companies in South Africa to utter shame! It literally took two emails to get the claim started (one was just an enquiry email) and the list of supporting documents requested by them was easy to provide and only consisted of necessary items and nothing ridiculous or beyond reason. After sending the documents to prove my trip, I received an email with the subject line stating that the claim was being assessed, and before I'd even found time to read it, I received another email saying the claim was approved, and then another saying that it was being processed! Before I knew it, the full amount was in my bank account. It was so simple and smooth that I'm almost having trouble believing it because nothing in South Africa works that way. They did not mess me around at all or come up with a hundred and one reasons why they'd not honour the claim - unlike my own insurance company (Naked) who spent more time searching for loopholes to get out of paying than they spent trying to actually assist a client who has been paying them for many years without ever claiming! I'd genuinely never even expect such great service to exist here. I strongly recommend using Bryte for all your travel insurance needs - and I'll be looking into their other services now too. If you want real transparency and top-tier service, then Bryte is the way to go.
