Not Satisfied with Outcome

I am so disappointed with service I received from the 3 companies: 1. AB Projects 2. Indwe Risks Services, Bryte Insurance. I was involved in a accident 4 months ago, The other party(AB Projects) bumped my car. (AB Projects) promised to fix my car. They send a claim to Indwe Risks Services to claim for third party. it took them a 2 months to tell me they have send the claim to their third party claim company which is Bryte Insurance. I finally got the contact details for Bryte only to find out they require a whole lot of documents which I did send to Indwe Risk Services. I sent the documents again and waited 30 days. Two weeks ago I wrote to hello Peter to assist. Bryte called me, arranged a assessor to come check the car last week. Yesterday they send me their release agreement that they will pay me R16 388.56, they declined the quote I sent of R42952.42. Do they expect me to go to cheap Panelbeaters? who won't fix my car properly? I am not happy at all. I need my car fixed properly.
