Not response in 2 months

I was involved in an accident on the *25 December 2024* with one of the security vehicles company namely SDS *Security Protection* in Atteridgeville, Pretoria...

I had no insurance, i called the other party's relevant department for this matter, i was given their insurer as *Bryte Insurance Company Ltd* to contact them for a *Third Party Liability Cover...*

i managed to get a private assessor to do the assessment, the report came back, my car was written off...

I called the insurer, i was given a claim number *1****, all the required information and documents were submitted to them...

I have made calls to the insurer and even sent multiple emails, but to date i haven't been given an update and way forward about the matter...

I haven't had such a bad experience, please advise on the next step i should take..
