No return calls Samanta Arnagiri Zurich Insurance

I am trying for 1.5 week to get Samanta Arnagiri to phone me back. Her staff e.g. Ronald, Melita, Voiszie ask you every time all relevant info and promise that this time Arnagiri will phone back. Arnagiri seems to have the attitude of not returning phone calls, seeing that others in Hello Peter also complain about her unprofessional behaviour. Does she has the qualifications and the capacity of being a manager/supervisor? Time for the CEO to inform her what is expected from her function to service clients.
