No response no Help on 3rd party Claim

I have Sent 5 emails to Willie loots and have not received one email back from him. I called to find out what is going on and was told he is not dealing with my claim. Never even had the decency to respond. Lesego then helped me and I had to fill in some more documents. I sent it to her and never received any feedback after sending her 2 mails. I then called again just to be told she is not there a gentleman then helped me a send me a reply saying that my claim is being looked at and that it take 30 WORKING DAYS?????? My car is a wright off and I have no form of transport there is clear evidence that it was 100% their clients fault we even have footage and the guy confessed to it being his fault. I was hoping that they gave me good service so that I can assure my new car with them but that wont be happening anymore.
