No response, failure to deliver.

This is a follow on to my previous complaint about the same company for the exact same thing.<br> <br> They are quick to respond to these complaints but absolutely nothing further.<br> <br> I have been waiting and been strung-along now since 19th November 2014 for a claim payout that they have agreed to in writing. In spite of several emails and phone call follow ups, I get no response, no replies, and no payment.<br> <br> RAM Couriers - you need to look at a different insurer if your drivers are going to recklessly drive into other vehicles with right of way!!<br> This frustration has gone beyond ridiculous, and these guys are in need of some serious scrutiny. <br> <br> Do NOT insure with Zurich Insurance if you ever expect to be paid out for a valid claim!!
