No Feedback Regarding 3rd Party Claim
On the 24th of October at about 16:45 a client of yours Sasha Govender ID Num : ***, Zurich Policy Number GRP***, Car Toyota Yaris DC 03 KV GP, skipped the stop street at a four way stop in Bromhof and collided with my car BL 22 DF GP Hyundai i30 2.0 causing substantial damage. Police case number AR 565/10/2015. I have been trying since then to get any kind of response from Zurich as to payout of a 3rd party claim but have been completely ignored this whole time. I have the claim number as per Ms Govender ***. Zurich's failure to even acknowledge communication is totally unacceptable.
