NO FEEDBACK AFTER 6 WEEKS!!!

The accident happened six weeks ago when one of your customers knocked into my car and I have forward all the documents as your company requested immediately the next day. Since then I have received no feedback. You state in you fine print that the matter will be sorted within 30 days from when you receive my documents,well its almost six weeks now and my car is still not fixed. This has been the worst experience with an insurance company,last week you people assured me that the matter will be sorted,yet I have to constantly call you. Pula Molubi and John Dadswell has been no help in your 3rd party division and John told me today that Pula is on leave and he has OTHER STUFF to attend to and \ ZURICH CLAIMS TO BE THE NO.1 INSURANCE PROVIDER IN S.A"what a joke. I'm disgusted at this behaviour that I have to put up with. I have been so patient but yet receive the worst service!!"""
