No Customer Service

I have had a claim with Zurich Insurance for a Third Party, after waiting 4 months for a actual response from them finanly I get a response from them with a offer of payout which I accept and send back to them only to be told that I will have to wait ANOTHER 30 DAYS FOR PAYOUT!!!!!! this is absolutely not accpetable I cannot believe such a large insurance company has such a bad attitude they can learn from other insurance companies. i have had it with these people useless bunch i am the one who is being inconveinced by there client and there dont care attitudes. And still waiting for a response from the last complaint they dont get back to you.
