No Customer Service

Zurich is the worst insurance I have ever dealt with totally useless, you have to keep on phoning them to get any answers out of them, then you get pushed from pillar to post they need to learn customer service , i have a third party claim with them and according to them there claims take one month yeah right its been 4 months
