never Use Zurich!

On 1st April 2015 my car was bashed whilst stopped at a stop street by a reckless driver.My insurance advised me to claim directly from the insurance company from the person who caused the accident. I contacted the brokers that were supp**** to me by the person who caused the accident. The broker deals wth Zurich Insurance . Zurich first asked for documentation which I had to take a a day off work to organize. I then sent this through to the brokers who then forwarded to their contacts at Zurich. We received no feedback until after a month I made a follow up. Zurich said they needed more documentation! Of course they left it a month in pending status without just communicating their further needs. I completed the documentation and it was sent to them.Still nothing. A further follow up and still nothing. 3.5months and not even one call! and i call today! and guess what its their client that never filled in a certain portion of the forms! Now seriously! is this some kind of gimmic? i have been driving a car thats smashed in the back for 3.5months! and i cannot claim from my insurrance! because i can not afford to pay for someone elses damage! im only a 3rd party! they wouldnt care
