Never use Bryte Travel Insurance - They are happy to take your money but find any excuse not to pay

We had booked our cruise in September 2019 and paid for our Bryte Travel insurance at the same time to ensure that we have piece of mind. This trip cost us a total of R94 615 which is an absolute fortune for us and now when we try to claim due to the trip been cancelled Bryte Insurance is only prepared to pay us R2735. Imagine cruising's policy is that within 14 days of travel (which we are in now as we would have traveled on 12 May 2020) we would lose 100% of our money. So no refund is been offered, they are only offering future cruise credits which is not what we want as it will be years before the cruise industry is on its feet again and that's if they survive this. Since no refund is been offered we should be able to claim again the insurance for the non-refundable amount which is 100%. We had taken out travel insurance to cover ourselves from exactly this and I am disappointed by the fact that Bryte is now trying to back track and get out of paying us. ********* business practice by Bryte Travel Insurance and its disappointing that Investec recommends them as a partner! Fool me once.......... never again. Please can someone from Bryte Insurance get back to me to review their decision
