Never Insurance with Bryte insurance !

I've paid Bryte insurance years of premiums, today i was locked outside my house with my family and I've needed them to open my door. I called the assist line and requested a locksmith. They called me back saying that they dont have a locksmith in the area and cant assist! How ridiculous, they take my money in premiums for a service they cannot fulfil! How dishonest! Rustenburg is a major city and besides, they should let the customers know that they are incompetence and can't assist in the area! I need my premiums back!
