My Third Party claim has not been paid

I have reported my third party claim with Zurich Insurance, for Omnitrans Trucks, since January 2015, completed all their documents and third party claim form, till today my claim has not been paid. I have called them so many times, they kept on promising they'll get back to me, till today I haven't received a call from them. WHAT THEY DID HERE in Helopeter, THEY JUST DID AN AUTO-REPLY E-MAIL MAKING US THINK THEY'RE TAKING CARE OF MY COMPLAINT, BUT THEY SO UNPROFESSIONAL & THEY DON'T BELONG IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY. Imagine till today I am driving my car with a DENT caused by their truck, only when I called them again in March, I was told the driver is been dismissed from his duties, and that driver didn't do his statement till today \what an excuse". Now they are claiming they still waiting for Omnitrans(their client) to pay for the exceess of R5 000 since from February 2015. """
