Lies

Dear Peter<br> <br> I am just disappointed with Zurich insurance they promised that they will authorised or approve the fixing of my wife car in 30 days and that was on the 02/12/2015 and today is the 29/01/2016.<br> <br> What disappointing mostly is that i contacted them severally times the week before i contacted them how far is the process and the lady who answered the phone told me that Mr Pule is not at the office because he is the one who is dealing with the matter but she will give to the delegated authorised person to signed it even today that did not happened.<br> <br> I called again on monday then i got this guy so called Pule, i am asked him what is happening and he said they still waiting for the authorisation and the authorisation there were waiting for it the week before and i tried today and they do not pick up the phone even their reception and it very dissappointing for the big Company like Zurich to do this.
