Lacks communication and professionalism

In April 2025, one of their client collivery deliveries bumped my car due to their negligence their driver was texting while driving, i was refered to their insurance as the third party which i bryte, submitted all the documents the guy that is handling the claim Musa Chauke always sound uninterested, and i've have to keep calling and emailing to check on things,but i still dont have an answer nor solution ntill today
