Jeep Insurance

I called this company while driving - could not note the person's name. after I mentioned the error code and result the man quickly responded that this is not covered. I asked what the reason for this could be... he became rude and arrogant and said that I should read the insurance document. Please note that this insurance is somehow forced onto public buying a vehicle from Mit Mak Motors. This policy is not worth the paper it is written on. I will have this Jeep fixed and pay the garage and contact the ombudsman to intervene.
